how does A kinesiology SESSION work?
Step 1: Assess*
We use muscle testing to assess imbalance in the organ systems. Each muscle is connected to a particular vertebrae in the spine and organ. Testing for muscles that are ‘switched off’ gives us an indication that a system may be in need of care.
We investigate what stressors might be causing the imbalance: Gut pathogen? Digestive vulnerability? Food intolerance? Emotional stress? Light environment? Toxin overload? And more.
*a kinesiology assessment is never a medical diagnosis. I encourage you to use this modality alongside working with your medical healthcare provider.
Step 2: Rebalance
With this information we can begin to bring the body back into equilibrium, through gentle techniques including:
massage of neuro-lymphatic reflex points
acupressure
meridian tracing
chakra balancing
reflexology points
stress release
subconscious reprogramming
tapping
Bach Flower remedy testing
food intolerance testing
Expect to leave each session with more clarity, more energy, and a plan.
