A Systematic Kinesiologist dedicated to uncovering the root causes of hormone imbalances using natural solutions. Maria's holistic approach aims to support her clients in living a vibrant life as unmedicated as possible.

  • sea dip (or paddle) included in activities. No changing rooms available. Bring water, towel, robe, and change of clothes

  • sea swimmers are responsible for their own wellbeing in the water

  • tea/coffee available to purchase downstairs at the Arcadia Café

  • attendees will be sitting on yoga mats. Bring a cushion for added comfort

  • no refunds are issued, pass on your ticket if you are unable to attend
